Delivery Options

  • We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide.
  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack
  • Parcel tracking is included with every order
  • Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery
  • In-store collection is available for local customers
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 1:00pm WST (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same business day

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification by SMS or email.

During busy periods (particularly Mondays and Fridays), dispatch times may be slightly extended. We recommend ordering early where possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided by the carrier once your parcel has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or peak periods.

Bulky or Heavy Items

Large or heavy products are shipped via road freight services to ensure safe transport. These deliveries may require additional transit time depending on destination.

Click & Collect

If you choose in-store collection:

  • Please wait for your “Ready for Collection” confirmation email before visiting
  • This ensures your order has been prepared and avoids unnecessary delays
  • Valid identification may be required when collecting your order
  • Collection is available during business hours from our Osborne Park location.
